10 Bolt making noise Well my 10 bolt is making some weird noises and I just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem. The noise is hard to describe really but it sounds like when you turn a car on and listen to the fuel pump start up ya know that kind of whine, thats what it sounds like just magnified. It will cut out and go away around 45 50 but accelerating to that point you hear it and de-accelerating is louder. At first I thought maybe the shop that put my gears in put like semi straight gears in but now Im worried I will be driving done the turnpike and my rear is gonna explode.
Anyone have any idea that can help?

did they set the backlash correctly? some gears are louder then others, just by nature. but if you're worried about it, id have them check it out to make sure the install was done correctly or that you dont have other worn parts.
