The metric ones are smaller I think. How about going to the parts store and measuring one? I think hes giving you some part numbers to work with.

It's a 3R. To go from a factory driveshaft to a pinion with a 1330/1350 or vice versa you need to use a conversion ujoint.

Supershafts already answered your question - the joint is a Saginaw 3R. NOT a 1330, and certainly not a 1350.

What are you trying to hook the factory driveshaft to? A 1330 yoke, 1350? You never specified.

Why not ask what it is you really want to know....

This beating around the bush isn't going to get a better or different answer.

Even the AL aam factory shaft uses the 3r/s44 series.

If you are trying to go from 3r in the shaft to 1350 in the end yoke, for a aftermarket diff you would be looking for a neapco 2-1153

3r to 1330 will be joints 5-212 (g) or 5-794 (ng)

I think he asked that question because he didn't understand your answer. After all, for the longest time, I thought the stock joint was a 1310...it took talking to a driveshaft shop and me taking measurements to figure out it was something different.

I am putting a 8.8 in my 97 TA and the 8.8 has a 1350 yoke on it.

If I can get away with using a combination joint and the factory driveshaft that would be cool.

Not knowing better, and taking advice from this website, I installed a 1310/1350 conversion u-joint from a stock steel drive-shaft to a Moser 9 inch. Worked fine.
