98-02 Moser 12-bolt with 93-97 brakes? I recently picked up a 12-bolt that came out of an LS1 f-body... it has the LS1 backing plates and e-brake drum installed on it already.
What are you guys doing to install LT1 brakes? I know I would need to press the bearings in order to swap backing plates, but I thought I saw something about needing to run shims on the axles.
I want to do this as smoothly as possible and I am starting to think it might be easier to put LS1 brakes on it.
Anyone have a write up or detailed information on what my options are.
