What is your goal with the vehicle? Getting it light based off 1/4 mile performance only or will this see street duty as well?

Many different ways to cut weight out of the vehicle, we have a light weight front end kit but it is not designed for street use, how ever it is the lightest kit on the market.

Still no matter who's stuff you go with there will be some weight savings, how ever some k-members and components are lighter than others. We always try and keep the weight down on our items and build strength off design and not by extra unneeded gusseting.

A set of after market brakes is another added bonus to getting weight out of these cars. Heck we can get into weight savings talks for days, it just depends on how far you want to go with it and eventually it gets into how much do you want to spend to save a pound.

Sadly cutting weight out of a car can get as costly as building a motor, transmission, or rear end for a vehicle.

wow i did not know that, i am just looking for new ways on how to make my car better n performance before i mess with the inside of my engine, meaning cam and heads. i know i could run a super charger but if i am mistakenly wrong i believe i still would have to add a cam for the power of the super charger? maybe i am wrong though. I am not looking to spend a ton of money right now but when i get older and stuff like that then i will take it father with my car. I'm just doing research right now so when that day comes ill have a better understanding of how to lose more weight off my car.

If you want to do a power adder your best results would to do a cam based off that certain power adder.

Nothing wrong with asking questions and doing some research at all.
