Default Diff oil for S60 and gasket question

Don't want to use Lucas oil anymore so any opinions as to what brand for my S60?
Also, does this rear use a reusable gasket OR do I need to buy a new one? Rtv? (it looks like the stock gasket is paper and they used rtv also)
Thanks

Thanks guys... and for further info the torque for the rear cover bolts are 30lb/ft and the fill plug is 25lb/ft.

Check that torque... Strange says 35lb/ft for bolts... and darn it why can't they use a reusable gasket... Next time I change fluid I will spend the $20 or so on the reusable one... such a pain in the neck cleaning the paper gasket and RTV off of all surfaces... arghhh!
Sorry for the rant...
