Well I have one but I'm in the UK,I recently took out my differntial, the carrier is cracked. but the paddle and bolt is fine. Its from a 2000 T/A I also had 3.42 gears..

So if you have no luck finding one in the US, then make me n offer. I would imagine shipping alone would be between $15 and $20.

Red, where did yours crack? Between the left bearing and the main body?

Haha! I have a matching carrier.

I called Torsen and tried to buy that part. They don't sell only that part..

The engineer I spoke with on the phone said that they are made as a unit.

The part is shown on their website.

If they fail so much, they should make replacement parts.
That end cap comes off really easy by removing those 4 bolts.

I've though of trying to get mine welded or having like 20 of those plates made (stronger, of course without that view hole).

Like the one shown on their website.

Do you notice there is no access holes and the plate is thicker?

That's how I'd have them made.

Sorry about the hijack, Wnts2Go10O.

I would have to weigh it, but I guess is under 1kg (under 2lbs) sent Royalmail international air sure delivery, (limited tracking) passed onto USPS when it reaches the states, is usually takes up to 10 working days but can arrive in 5 working days. This usually costs around 13 GBP (20 US dollars) I've sent many parcels of this weight, the only think I'm unsure of at this point is the weight of the paddle and bolt. I'll borrow the kitchen scales later when the other half isn't looking.

EDIT : Weighed the paddle and bolt, its 440g, (1lb), so I can ship for 20 US dollars.

Looks like its in good condition too.
