Best gear for nitrous

Best gear for nitrous I order my mwc fab 9 and
need to know what gear size I should get I'm thinking 373 or 410... The car has a th400 with a 200 shot direct port on a wot switch and a 28" tire ... What gear would work out best for 1/4

Not shure on the mph... 200 shot is prob max it's still a stock bottom end ... After it takes a **** I'm going to Do a turbo set
up so I think the gear will be changed out at that time ... I just want the
best gear for my set up in the 1/4 as the car sits not but don't want to over rev it at the
end or run out of gear
