Strange axle assembly.

Strange axle assembly.
Just started getting parts in for my 9 inch conversion, can someone assist with what order and direction to press the below items on? (strange instructions suck, nothing for tcs rings)
Do i have the order basically right, (backing plate between seal and tcs rings) wasn't aware that the tcs rings would be in 3 pices? or am I confused.
TCS portion:
For this do i 1) press on black ring - far right (which way does taper face?), 2) press on aluminum ring (which way does cup face) 3) reluctor ring (flat part towards axle flange from what I've read)
after the backing plate, i'm assuming the seal is in the correct location? 1) slide seal on (strange instructions don't show this seal on all assemblies), 2) press bearing with oring facing towards axle flange 3) assuming this is the "wedding" ring?

FYI, found this post that was pretty helpful, not sure why my shipment didn't have these instructions.
