Default Protecting a New Rear (Por15)

How much and what products would you use? They recommend the metal ready , por15 and a topcoat?

Necessary? How much did it take you on your rear?

Personally, I'd buy some brush-on gloss black rust-oleum. Strong, pretty, and goes on thick.

But I will say that I used POR-15 on the underbody of on an old car resoration, and it rocks! Absolutely hard as nails. Its recommended that you top coat it because it deteriates under sunlight.

POR-15 is the ****!! I use it on my brake calipers. I was going to paint my rear with it. But with all of my new found power that stock 10 bolt won't be aroung for long.
