traction control question
I wouldn't say useless. It has saved my backside a few times on ice with crappy F1 tires with no grip when I had to pull the car out of the garage do to one of my other cars breaking down.
If you don't drive in snow or ice I wouldn't really bother though.

from the OP's question in his post,it sounds like he has a 3channel ABS car and wants to add Traction Control,CAN'T BE DONE ! Completely different system,mechanically and electrically. Well,I guess it could be done if you want to replace everything associated with 3channel and replace them with everything associated with 4channel.

well reason I would like to do it is because i get so much wheel spin and do drifts with out wanting to do them I just would like to have the option so when I do every day driving I have it on and when i'm at a track or going through houston i can turn it off , I don't mind if i have to change the system out not a big deal just would like to know what needs to be replaced and how extensive this project is
To swap you need the brake lines,booster,ecm,cluster,wiring harness for the switch on the console,a ten bolt 4 channel rear,harness for the rear abs sensors etc....Be easier to just buy a wrecked car with equipped with it. Lot of work
