Default 2800lb car-3.73 or 4.11s

Building a 66 chevyII with a ls1 and t56.2800lbs with 450-470rwhp.Mostly street car minitubbed,12bolt,275-60 tires.I know theres not a whole lot of difference between 3.73s and 4,11s but I am worried about makeing 1st and second gear useless with street tires in this light weight car. Most everyone I ask is saying 4.11s but I think the 3.73s might be a better all around choice in this car.Opinions?

Assuming this setup is remaining N/A. I'd say the 4.10's

with the power and weight you have, I would go with 3:73's. This is my .02's

+1 for 3.73's or 3.90's.

1st & 2nd gear will likely spin regular street tires at will with any 3 or 4 rear gear.

I would go with 3.73s though. Just in case you want to bolt on some sticky tires.

Wow, that is ridiculously high for a 450-470rwhp 2800 pound street car that will be on street tires. I think 3.73's would be pretty sufficient for this application.
