I'm designing rubber spring seats to sit on the axle to keep springs from rusting and sitting on the rusty axle . I needed the measurement of the round lip the spring sits on if anyon can please do that for me !

Not an exact measurement, but I know a 2.500" ID coil-over spring fits over the spring mount perfectly with minimal clearance.

2 1/2" is probably the dimension just before where the radius starts.
