I also have a Moser 9in with ABS/TCS 4 channel. A word of caution i have a Detroit locker in mine and the Locker and the TCS don't like each other. If i give it gas going around a slow cornor the TCS goes off.

The guy who installed it (I didn't do it myself) had to fab and weld on some stuff to hold the brake lines in place.
Yes, it has TCS and ABS (4 channel).

OK, got under the car this morning to change an O2 sensor and checked out the rear end.

I found the first thing to gripe about. It leaks; both out the pinion seal and the main seal. I can tell it's a couple drops a day from the stains on the driveway.

welcome to the world of big bad rearends. i know you probably havn't been abusing it yet, but pinion seals allways seem to start leaking after hard abuse. and don't get me started on axle seal . i've gotten used to replacing seals periodically. it's pretty easy. as of right now my rearend dosn't leak a drop

At what periodic rate/ frequency did you have to top off the gear oil when it used to leak? Mine will be leaking indefinately for now.
Any tips on sealing it up?

So what about that clutch did you go with an updated master cylinder? Or are you running spec without a a mcleod master? If so how is it doing?

Spec III on a resurfaced stock flywheel and stock hydraulics. Will let you know how it does next weekend as I'm going to the track on Friday. Hopefully, I won't be prying up the clutch pedal from the floorboard after a 4th gear shift.

oh and for those that are asking disadvantages..weight is not the only only one..they eat like 2-3 percent more rearwheel than a 12 bolt does because of the heavier internals..you could get a strange lightweight center section setup, but that's pricey

Cool! I'm in Kuwait on the way out the door of this Iraqi deployment. I like the idea of having this clutch and not having to update the master cylinder. I probably will get a rear end too but have not decided on 9" or the 12 bolt yet. We will see. TIA for the info on your clutch
