Please check out the images below. The Rear End in my 1999 TA, WS6 (30th Anniversary), 6 Speed, are gone, its at the shop right now and they cant locate the specific 3.42 gears I have. Every diagram I have found seems to not look like the gears that are in there. Door panel has these codes (G80 , GU6). #s on the housing 12:41 26050890 XX. Strange has what seams to be 6 worm style gears and two regular style gears in it, instead of 4 regular style gears. I haven been able to find anything about it online. please help me out on where I can locate one of these to purchase. Thank You!

99 and later got the Torsen differential and has nothing to do with the 3.42 GU6 code except in the fact that it's a 3 series carrier.
Most typical replacements are a used but still serviceable Torsen,an Auburn,or Eaton. Just gotta make sure the replacement carrier is 3 series, not 2 series for 2.73s' & 3.08s'.
some shops are not familiar/knowledgeable with/of Torsens, all they seem to know are open non-posi,auburn,& eaton.
