Anyone have any opinions about using esso mineral oil in my moser? I have to change the oil and posi addative every 1,000 miles or so. She get's really noisy even just as a daily driver. I was thinking about trying 80w90 mineral oil. I guess they use it in tractors for heavy duty applications.

Also where the heck do you get that stuff? Online maybe?

I started using that and it's just as noisy as before if not louder at higher speeds. Here in germany I can get it at any autoparts store.

You're supposed to use dyno oil in the Moser 12 bolt.

I'd try a heavier weight standard non synthetic gear lube, which may help with the noise. Bob
