For me it'll be about 8 weeks from the time I ordered to the time I get to pick it up. If it weren't for the drive shaft, I could have had it even sooner. Best time to order (for the shortest waiting period) is late fall/early winter from what Eric at MWC had told me.
I'll take some pics while I'm there, should be a fun trip.

Just bringing this back from the dead, I finally got the 9" installed yesterday, and got the first heat cycle on it. So far it seems to be doing good, and the install was pretty easy, took about 3-4 hrs to get the 10 bolt out and the MWC in. The settings Eric put on the TA were pretty much spot on too, didn't really have to tweak much for the pinion angle. I just need to finish heat cycling the gears and get some break in miles and I'm throwing some slicks on! Thanks MWC for an excellent product.

The way I saw it if you need something now, just get an S-60. If you want pretty much the best money can buy you'll have to wait. I think ordering at the end of the season is the best chance at getting the rear end quickly. I would have gotten mine even sooner than I did had I not needed a driveshaft or had it (the DS) dropshipped directly here.

Some custom builds can take a while to get done, and some things are out of everyone's control... Parts availability this time of year can be a issue with everyone spending their tax returns and the spring season here, and scheduling work is near impossible to get accurate dates. One thing for sure is there is no other parts you can get your hands on with the same quality or prices... it's simply the best and that's why the quickest and fastest stock suspension f-body cars are using MWC components and track support.
2012 was the busiest season ever for MWC and we certainly appreciate everyone's business! We are getting ready to move into our new facility that is 3-1/2 times the size we have now and that will allow us to grow with the customer base. If anyone has questions or concerns with products or tech feel free to email or call us!

Not to mention the amazing level of service! I thought you guys were going to block my number I called and asked questions so much haha. For me being able to get on the phone and ask questions to the guys that actually built my rear end is a huge huge help. Cant thank you guys enough. Hopefully I'll get down to GLD and watch you guys make some passes in some serious cars this season.
When I picked up my rear end I drove down to their shop, and I have to say you guys would be amazed how lean everything is run their. It really is a family business. The fact they can price everything the way they do is nuts, anyone buying stuff thats in the area really ought to go and meet the crew in person. Eric gave me a thorough tour of the shop and gave me all kinds of advice on set up and general rear end theory. If my junk ever gets fast enough to need a cage or anything I know who's putting it in!
