10 bolt C clip pics for rookies. I did a rear end switch last night on my 10 bolt posi and snapped a few pics.
I just figured the c clips might intimidate someone new to this so I figured I would post them up. It was easy as pie. Remove brakes from backing plates, remove 10 bolt cover and drain, loosen 5/16 crossways pin in center of rear end center shaft, pull out the big ole shaft, tap axle inboard, rotate gears, c clip falls out. The axles pull right out after that.
Not exactly a tech bulletin, but I am trying to give something back to this site when I can, I would not have been able to build this car without ls1tech.
