Default Drilling the S60 for ARPs

I've seen some horror stories about the stock studs on the Strange S60 and have decided to pull them out and replace with longer ARPs to match my fronts. I noticed that the Strange studs are screw in and I can't find any screw in ARP studs that would match the front. So, I've decided to pull the screw-in studs out and drill the holes so I can press in the new ones (12mm X 1.50). Anybody know what size I have to drill the holes to?

A pic from when I did the fronts.

I'm assuming you checked this already but my S60 axles had another set of holes ready to accept 1/2"x20 hardware. Getting the bent stock studs out wasn't too bad but I would go take a look if you haven't already. I didn't notice this when I installed the damn thing but it was a pleasant surprise.

Luckily my studs aren't bent, it's more preventative maintenance.

Unfortunately my axles are only drilled for one set of holes.

Usually for a good press fit in machine shop terms you would want to bore 1 thousandth smaller than what your piece measures that your pressing in, but since you would be using a drill you would have to be careful not to drill over your stud size.

According to ARP, the drill size should be .02" to .07" smaller than the knurl size.
