Arp wheel studs, 2.5" or 3.5"?

Default Arp wheel studs, 2.5" or 3.5"?
Is there any benefit going with one or the other? I was just going to go with the 2.5" long studs bc of the price hike going to the 3.5" studs. These are the 12mm studs by the way.

Really depends on the wheel and lug package. Most of the time the 2.5's are plenty unless you are using wheels like Weld Draglite or Pro Star with a real thick center, then you would need at least a 3" stud for the tech guys to be happy.

Ok yeah that makes sense. I'm running the weld rts wheels so I'm sure the 2.5" studs will be plenty

glad you posted...I was wondering the same thing. I haven't decided on RTS or RaceStar Dark Stars though.

I know somebody locally that has the dark stars and yes they are nasty, but I still like the rts's even tho everyone and their mom has them now
