Whirring noise?

Whirring noise? Hello everybody i was wondering why my rear end is whirring only on decel at low speeds around 10-15 mph at around braking time? Should i worry about it and will i have to replace my rear end any time soon? Im also thinking maybe it could the 315 sumitomos but im leaning towards the rear.

Im wondering if it is the rear end how long before it breaks because im short of funds at the moment until about 3-4 months from now. Will it hold up until then?. I only drive it to work and school and thats about it.
