Default Instant Center Heavy High HP Car.

I have a 69 chevelle with a 370 and twin 70's. My car is 3720lb with me. It hooks excellent with a 1.49 60ft and pulls the wheels about a ft. I have art morrisons adjustable uppers. I have them on the bottom hole. I want to move to the next hole which would shorten my IC. I want my car to wheelie! My friends tell me it will hit the tire too hard and spin. Since my car doesn't even hint like it will spin I think it will hook the same but lift the front end higher. Car runs 6.04 my weight is 1900 front and 1820 rear. Am I thinking wrong or am I on the right track?

I already gave that a try and not a single hit either. Oh well. I ran a 6.00 from a 6.11 that past weekend. I think shortening it helped it a ton.
