Default Will this break it?

I drive a 95 TA M6. Its got a corsa exhaust and free cold air mod. Im getting soon 4.10's.

Here's my question: Which would break my rear end first? A set of long tube headers or a 'safe' amount of nitrous? Im a college kid so breaking expensive stuff isnt an option.

If breaking expensive stuff isn't an option, then don't get the 4.10s and stay with stock gearing, or at most 3.73s. If you're going to use nitrous, you'll want 3.73s anyhow since 4.10s are too much gear for nitrous on a car with a stock redline.

It isn't power that kills the 10 bolt, it's traction and/or wheel hop... if you launch hard on sticky tires, then the rear end is on borrowed time. If you launch and your suspension isn't set up right and you get wheel hop, the rear end will be on borrowed time.

Don't dump the clutch.

Don't powershift.

Your rearend should live a while.

Nitrous will kill it first.
