For those that care, I still need to weigh the stock trans x-member, will update later

Man that UMI arm is heavy! My stock T/A weighed 17 lbs, MWC T/A (for the 10 bolt) was ~18.5, stock x-member 9 lbs, and MWC X-member 6 lbs.

Totals: Stock 26 lbs, MWC 25 lbs. (Note that this was with a crappy bathroom scale, but looks to be close to your measurements)

MWC has some light stuff. I weighed everything on my install and the 9" with long T/A, crossmember, PST DS etc ended up only being ~ 15lbs heavier than the stock parts. And that was with the iron center section.
