changing 323's to 410's

changing 323's to 410's I have an a4 with stock 323's. My mods are 4400 stall most boltons and trex cam. I am thinking of putting 410s in. 410's are recommended for my cam anyways. I am wondering what kind of gains i will see in the 1/8 mile?

well i dont really kno much about all the gears and so on.. but i've read on hear about people w/ auto's gettin 4'10's in there cars..i think they said 3.73's would fit better..but who knows..
i want sum 4.10's in my car ..2000t/a ws6 manny trans... dad said i should just get 3.73 tho
