Left rear wheel noise?

Left rear wheel noise? Hi, just wondering about this noise coming from my drivers side rear wheel. When you lean against the rear fender and push with your hips, it makes this noise that seems like a loose/worn wheel bearing. The shop that did my valve cover gaskets said it was worn clips in the axle shaft or maybe worn gears! I don't believe that guy! Please help, thanks!
