Just got my 9" installed After about a month of fabing up stuff and getting parts i finally got my 9" about midnight last night.It went pretty smooth considering i made all the brackets. There was a few snags with the exhaust. But we got it in and i had to beat up the floor pan a lot. I will get some pics of it soon. But i cant beat it for what i have it it .
$300 axles
$150 gears
$100 spool
$550 total
I dont think its to bad for a rear i dont have to worry about again. Im also hitting the sway bar so im going to that probley get the wolfe anti rollbar.
For the time it took me and the money i saved it was well worth the time.

Im actaually useing brakes off of an lt1. They where easier to make the e-brake work so i used them. Im working on makeing the factory breaks work i still have some tweaking to do but it sees to be working fine i have about 300 miles on it and now big problems yet.Im also working on makeing me a torque arm and subframe connectors to i hope to have them done this weekend. The rear came out of a 74 ford pickup its the big bearing one. If anyone has any question ask it wasnt that bad if you have some mech abilty. If you cant tell i try to do things cheap and do it myself becasue im a college student and work full time so i dont have much money so i have to make my own stuff.
