Swapped a few things out and my ds is too long... based on the picture how much shorter should it be? Btw this is lifted from the differential so it should be rude height if not darn close.

Get the car in the loaded position and have a friend that weighs similar to you sit in the driver seat.
Then take the measurement
Install the driveshaft into the trans until it bottoms out, take a measurement from the center of the DS yoke to the face of the pinion yoke on the rear end.
Subtract 3/4" from it and call bob@ brute speed and give him this measurement.
You can find all of this info on his website as well
