I just installed a Fab Moser 9". I'm trying to install the back plate off my 10". There's no whole in the strange SS axles to access the bolts to remove axle. Do I just need to drill a whole to access it?

Not sure how close it is for a Moser unit, but my MWC Fab 9" I just had to get a open end wrench and turn each nut a few turns at a time and slowly unbolt the backing plate from the housing. Was a tight fit but a normal open end wrench fit in just fine.
