Default Strange/MWC 9" axle runout ?

I've been chasing a hoping style vibration in the rear of my 00 TA for some time now and everything kept pointing to wheels/tires. Today I put it up on jack stands to watch the wheels and drive shaft move and saw the brake rotor on the drivers side move up and down considerably by eye. I took the brakes off and measured runout on both the face and edge of the axle and found 9 thousands on both the face and edge of the drivers side and 1 on the edge of the passenger side and 4 on the face of the passenger side. Question is, what is acceptable tolerances in something like this? They're a big 35 spline set with dual bolt pattern screw in studs if that matters. Thanks. Alex.

Did you try the same thing with the rotor off and just check the axle?
Sounds like either abadly machined rotor, or a crooked hub install when they
made the axe, or your bearing pocket in the Axle tube is mis machined and the
bearing is sort of.. flopping around? Coulde be a bad bearing as well.
