Default Change gears before dyno?

My build is inching closer to completion. almost to the point of taking it to the tuner.

My question is, i plan on swapping the stock 2.73 gear in favor of a much more OD friendly 4.10 gear. Do i swap it out before the dyno even though i will not be able to break it in before hand? Or do i dyno on the stock gears and swap them later? More concerned with the clutch test drive after the dyno on the super tall gears and my also pretty tall geared T56, but also don't want to kill a brand new set of gears either.

BTW, car is a 1978 Impala wagon, LQ4 with 2000 camaro T56
