I'm building an Ford 8.8 inch with 2.875" ID tubes to go into my 4th gen. I've uploaded pictures of the measurements I've taken of the tubes. The sleeves need to be 2.88"OD and 2.58 ID. I know alot of people have done the 8.8"/10 bolt tube hybrid builds on here. If anyone who has built one wants to make some money on a set of just the sleeves they used for the build I'm willing to pay for them. Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys!
If you hadn't already bought the rear end, I would have suggested the Ranger 8.8 instead of the Explorer. The Fbody tubes slide almost perfectly inside of the Ranger tubes with just some minor surface grinding. Eliminates the need for the adapter sleeves.
