Default Warped Yoke 99 T/a

Had shop replace carrier and pinion and gears a few weeks ago. Has vibration when hits 40mph and started small leak of diff fluid from pinion seal. Looking at it now the yoke has a warped spot on it l. What would cause this so I know before bringing back to shop. Could this cause the vibration or could this be the result of something else wrong. It Looks like someone used a pry bar on it to pull it out from the axle housing.

Warped yoke

That is not a warped yoke, yokes are much too beefy to bend from any pry-bar. That is a thin sheet-metal shield that protects the pinion seal to help keep debris out of it. A couple taps w/ a hammer will likely get it straightened out. This is not the cause of your vibration.

^^^ agree, just a shield to keep debris away from seal.
