Default A differential from a manual on an auto car?

I’ll looking at a differential from another Camaro that’s an M6, but my car is an auto. Both are 4th gens.
would there be any issues with using the differential from the M6?
Thanks.

Makes no difference.

If the ratio is the same, your speedo will be the same... rears are rears.

Most basic PCM tuners allow this ratio to be changed so that the speedo remains accurate. At least my ancient HPP3 was capable of this.
