it’s bad business practice! putt yourself in that position… I’ll sell you a part, BUT I won’t ship it til next year. WHAT would YOU do? When you’re in the best of customer service, customer is your paycheck! Businesses like this SHOULD be called on their bullshit!

 

Mine took 5 months to get to me. They were up front with timelines and I really didn't get all flustered about it
