9" or 12 Bolt for my application?

I just registered and have not had the chance to update my profile yet.
I have an '01 SS and I was reading this info b/c I'm looking to beef up this weak rear end in my Camaro.
Also, BFGs are the way to go for Street Racing or Track. Only thing is they don't last that long.
My parents own a tire store and I have used both.
Here is something that might help you decide:
Nittos are 15,000 mile tires
BFGs are 5,000 mile tires
Either way you go you are going to be replacing them soon. Also from my experience Nittos get a lot slicker as they wear. So far my BFGs are getting nothing but better and I'm dumping the clutch at 4k.
