Lightbulb Is there anyway to repack the wheel bearings on the Silverados

I have a 2002 silverado 2500HD 4x4 and since April I have replaced both wheel hubs. Running through water and dirt alot wears on bearings and 50,000 miles didn't help either. Now I have my two old hubs and I was wondering if there is any way to repack the earings in the sealed hub assembly?? Seems like a waste to throw them away.

Replaced one last year that was beginning to get noisy. The other side went out and was in a bind (no money at the time) so i took the old one, pulled out the ABS sensor and poured slick 50 in it spinning it till noise quieted, then some more. Put on with intentions of it being a short term temp fix, a year later it still working fine, everytime it gets a little noisy, pour some more slick 50 in. Still tight, little bit of noise.
Still youd think that theyd put better seals on 4x4 bearings, knowing that they will see some water. Dang i miss the old packem yourself bearings!!!
