Default We have been down this road b4...

After I get my heads done I am getting gears put in.. I am leaning toward the 3.73's, but my friends say I should go 4.10's. I have raced cars with 4.10's and I am catching up to them in 3rd.. I do not want to run out of gear. I do not care just about the 1/4th. I want to be able to walk someone down b4 we hit 150mph. Does the 4.10's in our car run out of gear like the fords do? Should I stick with the 3.73's to keep that top end as well..

If you want to race up to 150 then set up your gearing so you are just passing your hp peak at 150. 5th gear with 4.10's will be about equivalent to 4th gear with 3.23's for comparison's sake. If you can shift quickly the 4.10's should still benefit you.
