Need Advice? Im thinking of changing my 2.73 gears, in my A4 vette, for 3.42's or 3.73's? I don't know for which to go with. My car will be daily driven. I would also like know what would my quarter mile gains be?

Do you still have a stock 10 bolt? If so I would just wait untill you upgrade to the 9" 12 bolt because you will have to get gears then. Your gains wont be worth the risk as 10 bolts are already weak.

Yeah i still have the stock 10 bolt, im hoping that new gears would get me in the 12's b/c my best run at the track was a 13.1x in the quarter mile.

It's a transaxle not a 10 bolt. I can set up a center for you if your interested pm me. pay attention 2muchrice...
damn man you got the mod bug already better go ahead and set up that race before you way ahead of me. lol i would go with the 3.73 but then again i got an m6 so it's up to you. 3.42 are the stock m6 gears.
