Default Redline Shockproof oil in 10 bolt?

Looking at gear oil and I noticed the Redline shock proof that creates a cusion between the ring & pinion to help avoid breakage. Has anybody tried it? They don't list wieghts, just light and heavy. I imagine I'd need the heavy? How much limited slip fuid will do, 4oz?

Thanks,
Andrew

I've been running their Heavy Shockproof in my 10-bolt for three seasons of road course racing now, no complaints here.

Cool, that's what I was hoping to hear. Wasn't sure if the heavy was to heavy. Thanks again.
