Rear-ends break, yes or no?

You can upgrade to a 12 bolt, Ford 9 inch, Ford 8.8. Check out Strange, Moser, and Currie for new rears.
You will probably be safe until you are running 11's or launching at 6000RPMs

Thanks, 450 hp is borderline before breaking? have M6 by the way
If you have dynoed 450 at the wheels and the car hooks, I would say that you can easily break the 10 bolt. Some live, but not often. M6 is hard on your driveline especially with a good clutch. My car is close to stock and I am looking into it. I may wait till after I put some headers on it though.
I learned this the hard way also. The stock aluminum driveshaft is also a weak link. Learned that one too...

I killed 2 gear sets on nittos at the track with only long toobs, exhaust, clutch, and a Lid. I never launched higher than 2500 rpm.
With the 9" I now launch at 6500+ and dead hook with no Ill effects on the rearend.

That was from road racing. It puts a big side load on the carrier bearings and chews them up.
