Differential fluid due
sorry, you spelled it worse than i have ever seen before
i'd use both though, on both sides of the gasket, and you should just buy an aftermarket girdle instead of waste your money on a new cover. or i bet you could just hammer it into place

You forgot to capitalize I, also capitalize the first word in each sentence and you meant wasting my money right? Sorry, but if you are going to correct me, check yours first.

A gasket is always OK but if the cover is bent it's maybe better to use the RTV. Just let it dry at least 1 hour before filling the case.
If you use RTV put it on the diff case: on the cover you will miss the side holes and it will leak (1st hand experience).
Don't seal the side holes toward the center of the case: makes just an half circle around them (outside!). Those holes are for oil recirculation: don't close them!
Make a circle around each bolt hole.
