Default 10 second suspension?

Mid 10's is my goal and I want to keep the car very streetable so it will be close to stock weight(heavy). I am trying to do this right the first time around so any advice is appreciated. I actual have 2 cars;2001 a4 z28 and a 2002 m6 ss(z28 is the wifes car but I can build either lol). Is there much difference between the suspension upgrades between an a4 and a m6?

I'm not the best person to answer specific suspension questions, but there is no difference between the A4/M6 suspension wise.

If It were me, I think you would be happy with the Z28 a4. Now between the two, Yes the suspension could be different because alot of times the SS camaro has a stiffer lower suspension. I have seen it that the SS sits lower then the Z28 its pretty obvious as my bro's car between mine, I have the Z and he has a SS and stock, his sits lower...As far as the suspension mods, I would consult with one of our sponsors on the board. They are a big help in these types of questions...

BadZ I think is right. The SS has a slightly stiffer suspension. However they all bolt up the same way so no matter what model f-body you have any of the aftermarket stuff will fit. As for what parts to get this is what I personally have/will get

BMR boxed SFC's
BMR Trak-pak Torque arm
BMR Chromoly adjustable LCA's with relocation brackets
BMR adjustable PHB (I needed this to center the 9")
HAL Shocks all the way around.
Airbag (if needed)
And possibly a rear swaybar setup like the BMR one.

Some people dont like the BMR stuff. I personally do I think Brett is a great guy to do business and all the parts I've gotten from him so far have worked flawlessly.

Double Diamond SFC
BMR LCAs
BMR Panhard Rod
BMR Torque Arm
HALs on all corners
HAL front springs

I think that is all the suspension you'll need, and will drive very close to stock. Just turn the **** on the HALs when you go racin'.

I dunno, I would be afriad of breaking stock stuff. I think SFCs, LCAs, and a T/A should be no question.
