Gears???

What brand of gears should i get??? I want to get 3.73's but just dont know what brand to go with...thanks

I suggest saving your money and getting a 12 bolt or 9 inch.

I went with richmond and have had no problems with it. One of my friends bought some cheaper brand but it works good to but he just has a 3.8. If it were mine I would go with the Richmond gear.

i have motives.

as was said dont bother spending alot of money on these rears because they wont hold up under abuse most of the time.

Especially if you have a manual tranny. I went through a 10 bolt real fast in my LT1 trans am. I then upgraded to strange gears and axles and hat a new posi united built for it. It held up real good then but these 10 bolts are very weak.

what gears do u have in it now, im guessing 2.73 just remember that its a 2 series carrier and not a 3 series just make sure you dont buy the wrong ones. go to thunderracing.com they have a good choice of gears.
