Finally found the problem Well I finally found the problem. I have been a victim of a terrible noise emitting from my rear for awhile now. No the rear of the car, Smartasses <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
The culprit ended up being a loose bolt, its the rear mounting point for the right lower control arm. This has completely evaded me until it got so loose I could hear it when I shut the hatch today. By then it was less than finger tight, kind of just hanging...
Just a heads up for all of those experiencing thes rear noise problems, double check all of your bolts.
