Opinions wanted... Should i go back to a stock converter....?????
Im gonna spray sometime this year i think and drivability is key. I LOVE my Vigilante 3200 but its HARD on tires and Im only gonna use Nitto's for now.
Thoughts?

Re: Opinions wanted... the Vig will still help through out the 1/4 mile, not just the first 60'. Just stall it up at the line and let that pull you out of the hole, then nail the throttle. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Re: Opinions wanted... Consider restalling to a Vig 2800. drivability will improve, it will still get you better 60' times (even on nittos) and will hold moderate spray reasonably well.
The stock converter will suck on the street the first time you punch it from a roll.

Re: Opinions wanted... I couldn’t ever imagine going back to stock. These cars become animals with stalls in them. The stock ‘verter is basically useless IMO. Unless you have a boat; then it might make a good anchor...
