GEARS OK I am just ready to book my appointment for ARE for the stuff in my sig but I don't know what gears i want what gears do you guys have? And what is the top end on 3:73 and 4:10. Thanks

Re: GEARS Oh ya sorry I forgot that part...I will run on the track but sometimes on the track. I have buddies that run on the track i wabt to go with and some that drag. So I want to do both.

4.10s with a blower and a stock rear end with that combination in your sig? You might want to ask Nick's opinion on this combo. It sounds like a formula to break lots of parts - especially if you're gonna be using a tire. Do your research and find out what's best for what you're gonna be doing. Good luck and have fun!

Re: GEARS I have a 98 A4 with 3.73s in the punkin and I absolutely love them at the track. The only problem I have is that at 70 mph on the hwy I run about 2600 Rpm. I finish the quarter at the top of third gear, about 5800 rpm. Perfect for the strip but kinda deep for the street. Good luck, if I had the money I think I would have went with the 3.42s. <img src="graemlins/camaro.gif" border="0" alt="[Chevrolet]" />
