The best advice someone could give you would be have someone do it for you...unless you've had a lot of experience doing it. No one needs a nasty whine after a gear install.

only one way to learn tho..trial and error. you learn from your mistakes. i personally would rather do it myself and learn from any errors i make. this way if something goes wrong i know ill be able to fix it myself later on.
