How does this wear pattern look?

If that gear is brand new, then it is about .005-.007 too deep, "too much pinion shim" If it is a used gear then it's a crap shoot on seting the pinion depth. I have seen 12 bolts set up with about .027-.031 pinion shim. DTS just wants to sucker you in," believe me I worked there for 6 years " Pm me and I'll try to help the best I can.
I appreciate the feedback from everyone. I found out the responses I have from DTS wasn't from the guy that actually set up my gears. He will be in Tuesday and I'll talk to him then. I'll keep everyone posted.

The gears I are new Richmond 4:11's
I have tried Motive, US Gear, and Richmond gears, all very noisy.
Here is another point/problem I should have mentioned to you earlier. I have spun outer berings on the Eaton HD diff. on two seperate occations. The first time was the original set that was setup by moser. We went to do a gear change and the berring fell off the differential when we pulled it out. We replaced the complete diff with a new hd eaton. When we pulled the gears 6 mo. later it also had a spinning bearing. Any thoughts on what causes this?
