Need help on speedometer problem

Need help on speedometer problem I just got my TA a couple of days ago and I was taking it out of town today for the first time and he had the cruise set on 70 and my speedometer was showing 85, could this be that my car has different gears in the rear and that they never programmed it? Also what programmer would be the best to get if it is possible to fix this? Thanks in advance

I really dont think that 5 mph is becuase of aftermarket gears......but i dont know. I had 3.23 to 4.10 my spedos of by 40 so... But a good programer would not be hypertech i cant think of any good grammers right now but hypertech is really friendly but not alot of opitons.

well yeah I wouldn't think 5 would be a big difference, but it's more like 15 I was thinking maybe it had the stock gears and it went up to 3.73 or something like that.
