Default 8.8 rear, NEED HELP PLEASE

my buddy is offering me a 8.8 rear from a stang, i know were starting to put them in our cars,

so i was wondering what will need to be done to convert it into my 2000 t/a? price/time

Do a search, lots of info.

It is hard as hell, you need a jig to properly align lca, ph, shock, and TA brackets.

Unless your a welder experienced with welding cast iron AND you have the posi/gears for the 8.8 I wouldnt bother messing with it.

If you can find some one locally that can weld on to the cast for your mounts, and can get your hands on a jig do it.

just buy a 9" or 12
